He will enter into His Mercy whom He wishes; and for wrongdoers, He has kept prepared painful torment.
Mercy mentioned in this verse and in verses such as 2: 64; 3: 74; 4: 113; 6: 157; 9: 99; 10: 57-58; 11: 63; 45: 30 etc. is Adhikr. Those who do not utilize Adhikr which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, and do not give It to others are the wrongdoers. They are the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who try to extinguish Adhikr which is the light to deliver the mankind from the darkness to the Light Allah as told in verse 14: 1. Thus they have become the worst creatures among thousand communities of Lord’s creatures as told in verse 8: 22, and fuel of fire as told in verse 98: 6. As told in verses 22: 19-22, for the disbelievers who are disputing concerning their Lord without having Adhikr-the Witness and Argument, the garments of fire will be cut out, and scalding water will be poured above them, so that whatever in their bellies will be melted, and there will be iron rods to punish them; and every time they wish to get out of the Hel fire from anguish, they will be forced back into it, and will be told: “You taste the punishment of the burning fire”. It is told in verses 33: 72-73 and 48: 66 that Trust Adhikr is revealed in order to punish the Fujjar including the Hypocrites and their followers-Mushriks. These Fujjar and the 70, 000 soldiers of Antichrists who will make destruction in the towns will be killed after the second coming of Jesus, and thus the command of the verses 4: 91; 5: 33; 9: 5, 123 and 33: 60-61 will be implemented.
