“He chooses anyone He wishes for His Mercy; Allah possesses splendid Bounty”.
The Guidance, Mercy, and Bounty mentioned in this verse is Adhikr. Jews at the time of Messenger believed that the Book shouldn’t be sent down from Lord to a person except one belonging to Ishaaq progeny. The prayer of Messenger Ibrahim to deploy a Messenger from Ismael progeny was fulfilled by the deputation of Muhammad as the last Messenger and Prophet after about 2500 years as explained in verse 2: 129.
Today, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are thinking that Lord’s Book is only for them. It is told in verses 6: 89-90: “It is nothing except a Reminder for the entire worlds, and if these people hide It, Lord will entrust It to a people who will not hide It. It is told in verses 9: 32 and 61: 8 that the hypocrites will try to extinguish Lord’s Light Adhikr, while Lord will complete His Light even though the disbelievers are hating It. The Lord will not come down to the earth to complete His Light Adhikr, instead, the believer who is living as the vicegerent of Lord will do It by propagating Adhikr to entire worlds irrespective of nation or religion to utilize It as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium.
