Or lest you say: "Indeed, if the Book had been sent down upon us, surely we would have been best guided than them. Surely then an Evidence has come to you from your Lord as Guidance and Mercy, then Who is the most unjust than the one who rejects Lord Allah’s verses and turns away from them, We will reward those who are turning away from Our verses with the evil punishment because of they were turning back.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who boast that they are the people of the last Messenger neither utilize Adhikr nor give It to others. By hiding and rejecting Adhikr, they have become the true transgressors and disbelievers as explained in verse 2: 199. The Fujjar are denoted as filth and Adhikr will increase for them nothing except filth over filth as explained in verses 9: 28, 95, and 125. It is told in verses 28: 49-50 that Lord will never guide the wrongdoing Fujjar into the Straightpath. The Trust Adhikr is revealed to punish the hypocrites and their blind followers Mushriks as told in verse 33: 72.
The other people belonging to Messenger's community such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians who didn't receive the last Book are more in the natural way of life Islam compared to the Fujjar. If the Fujjar hide and reject Adhikr, the Impartial Lord will replace them with other people who will not do so as explained in verses 6: 89-90. So the believer who testifies Adhikr should propagate Adhikr throughout the world irrespective of nation or religion concentrating on the other people belonging to Messenger's community. The believer is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr against the Fujjar who are the mischief-makers as explained in verse 9: 73. By the second coming of Jesus, the Fujjar who accept the Antichrist as a prophet and later as the lord will be killed by the other people who will accept Adhikr, and thus command of verses 4: 91; 5: 33; 9: 5, 123; 33: 60-61 will be implemented. At that time these Fujjar will approve that not Arabic Quran, but Adhikr or Dhikree was Lord's Book as told in verse 38: 8. See explanation 2: 62; 3: 90-91, and 6: 133.
