Then We had given Moosa the Book for completing upon the one who is doing best and explaining everything, Guidance, and Mercy, so that they may become believing with the meeting of their Lord.
The Book given to all 313 Messengers like Noah, Ibrahim, Moosa, Jesus, and Muhammad is the Truth and Proof Adhikr. Today, Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of the Lord's Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. But only the believer will testify It as the Guidance and Mercy as explained in verse 7: 203.
It is the Ticket to Paradise and the Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hell as explained in verses 5: 48. It is the Wise Reminder for entire mankind as explained in verses 3: 58 and 6: 90. None except the purified ones can grasp It as explained in verse 56: 79.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar have made their food rejecting Adhikr as explained in verse 7: 26. The Fujjar will not hear Adhikr even though they have faculty of hearing, they will not talk about It even though they can speak. That is why they are denoted as the worst among thousand communities of Lord's creatures in verse 8: 22. They will be gathered in Hell as deaf, dumb, and blind as explained in verse 4: 82.
