Oh, those who believed! You command for Lord Allah witnessing with Justice and let not make you mad with the hate towards the people for not to be justice, you be in Justice, it is nearest to heedfulness, and you heed Allah, indeed Allah is Well-Acquainted with whatever you are doing.
Adhikr is the Justice mentioned in verses 4: 135; 10: 4; 11: 85 and 57: 25. Among mankind only Fujjar are reading these verses. But by rejecting Adhikr which is the speech of the Lord they have become disbelievers and Mujirims as explained in verses 4: 150-151. These worthless people are serving Satan as explained in verse 3: 51 and are considering other people such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians as Kafir.
The odd believer is serving Lord by propagating Adhikr which is His Knowledge throughout the world to help mankind to identify the aim of life, and the consequence of the Fujjar who reject Adhikr. Verses 5: 42; 49: 9, and 60: 8 end as: "Indeed, Lord loves those who judge with Justice". See explanation 2: 177, 234; 4: 78-79, 135, and 17: 17.
