Wherever you may be, death will meet you even though you are in well-built-towers; and whenever any goodness happens to them, they say: "This is from Lord Allah", and whenever any bad happens to them, they say: "This is from you"; You say: "Everything is from Allah", then what happened to these people that they can’t grasp the Speech.
The character of hypocrites during Messenger’s time is portrayed in this verse. Today, these verses are read by the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar. By hiding and rejecting Adhikr they are more afraid of death than any other people among mankind. It is because they are preparing Hell by serving Satan and by following his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 168-169. The Fujjar will ridicule the odd believer as: "He is an odd liar" as told in verses 38: 8 and 54: 25. The Fujjar are destined to the seven doors of Hell as explained in verse 15: 44.
The Speech is one of the forty names of Adhikr. Lord has taught through his Messenger that the Best Speech is the Lord's Book Adhikr. But the Fujjar who have strayed from the Lord's Book are teaching and propagating that 'Hadeeth' (the Speech) are quotes and deeds of Messenger.
Only one in a thousand becomes a believer who testifies Adhikr. He transforms his Jinn soulmate into a believer with Adhikr and changes his ledger from Sijjeen of Hell into Illiyeen of Paradise as explained in verse 8: 48. Unlike Fujjar, he does not blame anyone for his distress. Instead, he prays with the soul as: "Praise is to the Lord always except in the condition of the inmates of Fire" as explained in verse 1: 1. See explanation 2: 6-7; 3: 7-10 and 6: 115-116.
