Listeners for lie and eaters of forbidden things; then if they come to you, you may judge between them or neglect them, and if you neglect them, they will never harm you in any way, and if you judge among them, then you judge with Justice, indeed Lord Allah loves who judge with Justice.
Messenger is commanded to make Judgment among the hypocrites or neglect them without giving judgment. Whenever he judges among them, it should be with Justice Adhikr. Whoever doesn’t judge Adhikr in his individual, family, and social life, are the disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as explained in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47.
Today, Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of the Lord's Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. And there is no group of believers anywhere in the world. So, the dos and don’ts of the Lord’s Book can’t be implemented completely. The odd believer is commanded to do Jihad against the hypocrites and Kuffar with Adhikr which is the Strongest Weapon as explained in verse 9: 73. Since Adhikr is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, It should be propagated to the entire as explained in verse 2: 62.
