وَلِسَانًا وَشَفَتَيْنِ
A tongue and two lips?
By asking, “Didn’t We give the organs for seeing and speaking?” it means that, by understanding themselves and the aim of life from Adhikr, it should be conveyed to mankind in their heart’s language. The Fujjar who do not do so are mentioned as the worst creatures among the thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures in verse 8: 22. See explanation 16: 43-44; 32: 4 and 76: 1-2.
