And We have not sent Messengers before you except men; then if you do not know anything, you ask the person who knows Adhikr.
Verse 21: 7 is having the same Message. All 313 Messengers are sent down with Adhikr as told in verses 21: 24; 41: 43 and 53: 56. Today, the Three-Time-Knowledge Adhikr is codified through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. So any person having any doubt in any matter should ask the author of Adhikr. It is told in verses 25: 58-59 that even Messenger should ask about the Three-Time-Knower Impartial Lord to the author of Adhikr-the Three-Time-Knower. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar by rejecting Adhikr are following the Fujjar books written by the hypocrites and pseudo-prophets. They are considering soulless hypocrites as their scholars rejecting verses 9: 67-68; 33: 72-73; 48: 6 and 98: 6. See explanation 8: 22, 55; and 9: 105, and 15: 7-8.
