(Al-Anfal) 8 : 25

And you heed the apprehension which will not affect particularly on the wrongdoers from among you, and you know that indeed, Lord is Severe in torment.

The believer should command with good and prohibit evils. Otherwise, when torment strikes because of the wrongdoers’ deeds, it will also affect the believer. Since today, Adhikr—the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul- is formed as a Book, the odd-believer should convey It into the entire world to utilize It as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium. The soulless hypocrites and their blind Mushrik followers will hide and reject Adhikr from mankind. See explanation 3: 104, 110; 6: 47 and 7: 163-167.
