And let there be a faction from among you inviting others into the Best, commanding with Justice, and forbidding the evil. And only those are prosperous.
This verse is revealed in Medina during Messenger’s period. Through this verse it is commanded to form a group of believers to cooperate in Justice and to forbid evils, then only they become prosperous. But after thirty years of Messenger’s departure, Islam deteriorated into different groups. ‘Muaaviya’ brought kingdom rule in Islam changing the Caliphate (vicegerency of Lord). Then the Book reading Fajir and disbelievers started to follow the Fujjar books written by pseudo-prophet and hypocrites rejecting Adhikr. It is told in verse 21: 50: “Adhikr is a Blessed Reminder which We have sent down, then are you hating It?” The 999 out of every thousand are preferring bodily and worldly life forgetting the soul and the Hereafter. So, they will be dragged prone on their faces to Hell as told in verses 2: 18; 17: 97, and 25: 33-34. Angel Malik who is the Gatekeeper of Hell will say to the Mujirims: “Surely We had come to you with the Truth, but most of you were hating It” as told in verses 43: 74-78. The Fujjar will have disgrace in this world and heinous punishment in the Hereafter as explained in verses 2: 85 and 5: 33. See explanation 2: 2-5, 147-148; 9: 67-69 and 71-72.
