ADHIKR

This Surah got the name Athahreem-The Prohibition-from the first verse which says “Oh Prophet! Why do you make prohibited what Allah has permitted to you?” This Surah was revealed in the eighth year of Messenger’s Medina period. This Surah strictly commands the wives of Messenger and believers to codify their life according to Lord’s Book Adhikr which is the dos and don’ts of the Three Time Knower Lord. This Surah gives the Glad Tidings that those who utilized the Light Adhikr from this world, will have the light in the Hereafter through their front side and through their right side. This Surah commands the Messenger and believers to do great Jihad towards the Hypocrites and Kuffar who hide and reject Adhikr after It is received. This Surah containing 12 verses ends by quoting the women of prophet Noah and prophet Looth as example for the disbelieving men and disbelieving women, and Asia-the woman of Pharaoh-and Marryam-the daughter of Imran-as role model to the believing men and believing women.
