And how will they make you a judge while they have Torah with them, in It, there is Lord Allah’s Judgment? After that, they are turning away, and those who are not believers.
The Jews in Medina had Torah with them. But their whims and passions didn’t allow them to follow It. Though they were knowing the rules and regulations of the Lord's Book, they were approaching Messenger for getting any excuse or consideration for the punishments for sins. As Adhikr is the only Lord’s Book revealed from Paradise to the earth through 313 Messengers, all messengers are ordered to judge between mankind with It as explained in verses 4: 135 and 163. Today, just like Jews of Messenger's time, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are also not following the dos and don’ts of Lord’s Book which is meant for repeated reading. They are following Fujjar books written by the pseudo-prophets and hypocrites. Without Adhikr which is the Permission of the Lord, none can become a believer as explained in verses 10: 100.
