On account of that We prescribed upon the children of Israel that indeed, whoever kills any person except as a punishment for murder or for causing mischief in the land, it is as if he kills the whole mankind; whereas if anyone saves a life, then it is as if he grants life to the whole of mankind. And surely Our Messengers have brought them explanations, then afterward many of them committed excesses on earth.
Today the Fujjar are reading these verses. But by hiding and rejecting Adhikr, they are involved in every mischievous activity like murdering, raping, sodomy, bloodshed, terrorism, smuggling, and theft than any other people. The Fujjar will have to bear the burden of every mischievous activity that happens on earth since they hide and reject Adhikr which is the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium as explained in verses 6: 26 and 20: 99-100. These Mujirims are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps. These worthless people mentioned in verse 25: 18 will be killed by the other people belonging to Messenger Muhammad’s community after the second coming of Jesus. The Fujjar are denoted as the worst creatures who don't utilize their intelligence in verse 8: 22. They will witness against their soul that indeed they were disbelievers at the time of death vide verse 7: 37, and on the Day of Judgment vide verse 6: 130. Those who didn't testify Adhikr in his individual, family, and social life after receiving It, are the true disbelievers, wrongdoers, and transgressors as explained in verses 5: 44, 45, and 47.
All 313 Messengers are sent down with Adhikr to teach mankind that they have no deity besides Lord Allah and to serve Him alone as explained in verses 21: 24-25. And Adhikr sent down to Messenger Muhammad contains all 312 previous Books and their Upright Explanation as explained in verse 16: 44. But only one in a thousand becomes a believer who testifies Adhikr. The odd believer holdfasts Lord by holding fast to Adhikr, and he is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verse 5: 48.
