(Al-Fath'h) 48 : 13
وَمَنْ لَمْ يُؤْمِنْ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَإِنَّا أَعْتَدْنَا لِلْكَافِرِينَ سَعِيرًا
And whoever doesn’t believe with Allah and His Messenger, then indeed, We have kept prepared blazing fire for the disbelievers.
Without saying ‘whoever doesn’t believe in Allah and His Messenger’ it is said ‘whoever doesn’t believe with Allah and His Messenger’, which means that Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar who don’t believe with Allah and His Messenger as 6236 verses of the Lord’s Book submit are the disbelievers as told in verse 39: 71, and they are destined to seven doors of Hell as explained in verse 15: 44.
