(Al-Fath'h) 48 : 14
وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ يَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا
And to Allah belongs the kingship of the heavens and the earth, He forgives to whom He wishes, and He punishes whom He wishes, and Allah is the oft forgiving, the Merciful.
