(Ashoora) 42 : 5

The heavens might have almost broken apart from above, while the Angels are glorifying their Lord with praise and seeking forgiveness for those who are on the earth. Know! Indeed, Allah is the Oft-Forgiving, the Merciful.

If Adhikr, which is mentioned in verse 17 as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe, is not utilized, the seven heavens will be broken and will fall upon the earth. The time for this happening is very near. Angels do not seek forgiveness for all on earth. As explained in verses 40:7–9, they seek forgiveness only for the believers who try to retain the universe in equilibrium by testifying and propagating Adhikr. Moreover, Allah, the Angels, and mankind are cursing the hypocrites and the disbelievers who hide Adhikr as explained in verses 2:159–161. See explanation 16:1; 22:65 and 40:47–50.
