(Ashoora) 42 : 4
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth; He is the Highest, the Supreme.
It is told in verse 32: 4 that Allah is the one who has created the heavens, the earth, and all in between them within six days; then He established on the throne, you have no any from protectors or intercessors besides Him. See explanation 2: 29, 255 and 4: 130-133.
