Those who are bearing the Throne and around Him, they are glorifying their Lord with Praising, they are believing with Him and are seeking forgiveness for those who are believers: Oh our Lord! You embraced Your Mercy and Knowledge on everything, and then you forgive to those who are repenting and are following Your way, and You shield the punishment of Hades from them.
‘Those who are bearing the Throne and around Him’ means the angels who are bearing the Throne of Allah and the angels around Him. ‘Those who are following Your way’ means those who are following Adhikr mentioned as Straightpath in verses such as 1: 5; 6: 126 and 6: 153. Since the believers who are representing the Lord are keeping the universe in its equilibrium by utilising Adhikr, the angels who are the believers are seeking forgiveness to Allah for the believers from mankind.
Since the believers are helping the Lord by propagating Adhikr among entire mankind aiming to get chance for 1000 communities of Lord’s creatures to praise and glorify Lord with their soul, Lord Allah will also help him back as told in verse 47: 7. See explanation 2: 62; 4: 85; 35: 45; 39: 75.
