Then if they reject you, surely Messengers before you had also been rejected who came with Explanations, the Scripture, and the Enlightening Book.
Verse 35: 25 is also having the same Message. All 313 Messengers are sent with Adhikr relevant for that specific period as explained in verses 21: 24-25. Adhikr revealed upon Messenger Muhammad contains all the 312 previous Books and their upright Explanations as explained in verse 16: 44. Adhikr is present in every previous Book as told in verse 26: 196. The Enlightening Book mentioned in verse is Adhikr. Adhikr is denoted as the Light in verses such as 4: 174; 5: 15; 7: 157; 64: 8 and 66: 8.
Today, Adhikr is codified as the Best Interpretation of Lord’s Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. So whoever holdfasts Adhikr, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verse 5: 48. And whoever rejects Adhikr from the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, they will be dragged prone on their faces into Hell, they are in the worst place, and they are the most strayed as explained in verses 25: 33-34.
