(Ankabooth ) 29 : 21
يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ
He punishes whom He wishes and grant Mercy upon whom He wishes, and unto Him, you will be returned.
By sending down Adhikr which explains each and everything, Lord Allah has become Impartial. He doesn’t guide anyone to Hell or Paradise. It is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar, and will push them into Hell. Only True Muslims those who submit wholly to the Lord will utilize Adhikr as the Guidance, Mercy, and Herald as explained in verse 16: 89. See explanation 7: 178; 10: 61 and 25: 59-60.
