(Al-Hajj) 22 : 66
وَهُوَ الَّذِي أَحْيَاكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ الْإِنْسَانَ لَكَفُورٌ
And He is the One Who gave you life; then He causes you to die and then will give you life again, Indeed mankind is ungrateful.
Lord Allah created the soul of the whole mankind in Paradise and took a covenant from everyone as explained in verses 7: 172-173. The first birth and second death happen on earth as explained in verse 2: 28. See explanation 14: 34; 17: 67, 89 and 21: 10.
