(Al-Maaoon) 107 : 3
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
And the one who does not encourage feeding the indigents.
By only feeding the indigents, one’s responsibility is not fulfilled; it is also his responsibility to encourage others to do so. Otherwise, he will be included among those who falsify Religion—Islam. See explanation 69: 33–34; 76: 8–10; and 89: 18.
