(Al-Insan) 76 : 8
وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا
And they feed the food the poor, orphans and captives even though they are in need of it.
The virtuous are those who feed the indigents, orphans and the captives without considering religion, caste, tribe, sex, etc. in spite of their necessity for it. See explanation 3: 92 and 70: 22-28.
