Then he is the one who repulses the orphans.
Today, each group among the Fujjar who, without including themselves in the party of Allah mentioned in verse 58: 22, have become Mushriks by differentiating into different organizations, are making orphanages separately under the control of their organizations and are collecting money in the name of those orphans, arguing and boasting that they are protecting the orphans. These worthless people, by forgetting Adhikr as told in verses 25: 17–18, do not protect the orphans as they should be protected. Orphans are admitted to orphanages aiming to receive a good education and a good culture, but because of not receive proper guardianship and supervision from the authorities of the orphanages, antisocial activities such as sodomy, theft, cheating, etc. are acquired there, spread into society, and cause generations to be ruined.
Actually, in the absence of a father, children are to be brought up in the care and protection of their mothers. But by sending them into orphanages, they are pushed into deeper orphanhood without receiving love and affection even from their mothers. It is the duty of society to provide all conveniences to such families to raise orphans under the protection of their mothers, by meeting all necessities such as food, clothing, and others, including the needs of the mothers. See explanation 4: 2–3, 10; and 89: 17.
