ADHIKR

This Surath got the name “Al Qadr (the Destiny)” from the first verse, which says that “Indeed, We have sent down It in the Night of fixing the Destiny”. This Surath containing five verses was revealed during the early period of the Messenger’s Meccan life after the revelation of Surath Al Alaq (96). Since the revelation of Adhikr, which is the Command and Permission of Allah as well as the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium, was revealed in that night, that night is known as “The Night of Destiny”. But only believers consider it as it should be considered. The Lord of the universe has taught through His Messenger that in the Last Days, nothing will remain in the Lord’s Book except its alphabet and punctuation, and Its Message will be raised.
