Well-guarded in a Tablet.
In this period, when computers are widely used in mankind’s daily affairs, the “Tablet guarded safely” mentioned in this verse can be easily understood. Since a compact disk is made by mankind, it is not absolutely safe. But the Disk in which Adhikr—the Speech of the Three-Time-Knower Lord—is kept is made by Allah; It is completely safe. For the believers who utilize Adhikr as the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the human soul, It acts as the Shield and Safeguard from all calamities, disasters, illness, and Hellfire. Moreover, It is the Healing and Mercy for all types of diseases, and the Ticket to Paradise. Even if all humans and Jinn were to unite to make any change in Adhikr—the Truth—it would not be possible for them. The Hypocrites try to extinguish Adhikr—the Light—but the believer, who represents the Lord—the Believer, will help Him by conveying It to the entire mankind, so that He will help him back and make him steadfast in Adhikr—the Straightpath—as explained in verses 22: 40 and 47: 7.
