(Al-Inshiqaaq ) 84 : 15
بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا

Nay; indeed, his Lord had been observing him.

Since he was living a life neglecting Adhikr—the Insight—he held an evil concept about Allah. By living here, rejecting the verses one by one that familiarize Allah and His Messengers, he was unaware that the Three-Time-Knower Lord had already determined and inscribed everything in His Book and that He observes His servants without being affected by sleepiness or slumber, as explained in verse 2: 255. See explanation 25: 58–60; 41: 40; and 58: 5–8.
