(Al-Infithwar) 82 : 9
كَلَّا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِالدِّينِ
Not so; rather, you are rejecting the Day of Judgement.
The one-in-a-thousand believer, who has confirmed belief in the Hereafter as one-third of the Lord’s Book submits, alone, fulfills the aim of life. The remaining 999 who received the Lord’s Book have become worthless because they forgot Adhikr, as told in verses 25: 17-18. Since these Fujjar do not purify their souls utilizing Adhikr and lead an aimless, heedless life, they will receive Hellfire in the seventh phase as recompense for their prayer, fasting, Hajj, ’Umrah, etc., as explained in verses 25: 65-66.
