In whatever form He willed.
It is asked of the disbelievers: what deceived you regarding your Lord Allah—the Impartial, Noble, and Just—who, while creating the first man Adam in Paradise, created all mankind till the Last Day, determining and fixing how many would be believers and disbelievers, male and female, etc.? The aim of deputing mankind to the earth—having seven phases—is, by utilizing Adhikr, which explains everything, to identify the Lord, confirm belief, live here from the age of fifteen until death, see the Lord, and prepare Paradise here to inherit it in the seventh phase. The Fujjar who read these verses in the Arabic Qur’an are the true disbelievers (verses 4: 150-151) because they serve Satan instead of Allah—the Lord of the universe—as explained in verses 36: 59-62. These aimless Mujirims, preferring worldly and bodily life to the soul and the Hereafter, are earning Hellfire here which will be inherited in the Hereafter—the seventh phase—as explained in verses 2: 286; 4: 140; 7: 179; 9: 67-68; 48: 6; and 98: 6. Since there is no group of believers anywhere in the world today, the odd believer who follows Adhikr should follow the mode of prayer and lifestyle explained in verses 7: 205-206.
