(Abasa) 80 : 7
وَمَا عَلَيْكَ أَلَّا يَزَّكَّىٰ
What responsibility is upon you if he does not purify?
Since Adhikr contains and testifies to all 312 Books revealed from the Lord before—and their upright explanation—as told in verses 16: 43-44 and 98: 2-3, it is the responsibility of the believer to convey It to the entire mankind. Then only does he become among those who approve Allah as Lord of the worlds, the Messenger as Mercy for the entire mankind, and Adhikr as Guidance and Mercy for all worlds.
