(An-Nazi'ath) 79 : 1
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالنَّازِعَاتِ غَرْقًا
By those who drag forth the Spirit of the evil persons when it reaches the throat.
It is sworn by the Angels who rudely draw out the Rooh of disbelievers at the time of death. The Fujjar—true disbelievers as mentioned in verses 4: 150-151—have read in the Arabic Qur’an verses 4: 17-18, which say that when the Spirit reaches the throat, no repentance will be accepted. That is what happened in the case of Pharaoh as explained in verses 10: 90–92. See explanation 6: 93-94; 7: 37; and 32: 11.
