(Al-Mursalath) 77 : 6
عُذْرًا أَوْ نُذْرًا
As an excuse or as a warning.
By learning lessons from the phenomena happening in nature continuously, it is reminded that all these occur as a remembrance of Doomsday, and on the Day of Judgement everyone has to answer before the Lord about his/her life in this world. It is also warned that Adhikr—which explains all these events—is sent down through the Angels who are assigned with the wind; and after the revelation of the Lord’s Book, Adhikr, none will have any excuse to say before the Lord for a strayed life. See explanation 2: 164 and 7: 163-166.
