And they do not remember except if Allah intends; He is the owner of heedfulness, and the owner of Forgiveness.
As explained in verses 55: 1-4 Allah has become Impartial by teaching each soul Adhikr which explains heedfulness and transgression. Lord doesn’t make anyone either to the Paradise or to the Hell. But as commanded in verse 20: 114 to Messenger and believer, whoever prays by soul “Oh my Lord! You increase me Knowledge” and reads Adhikr, and hears Adhikr participating the heart from the first to the last and thus makes his/her Jinn soulmate who settles in the heart as told in verses 43: 36-39 in to believer, and codifies life under the light of Adhikr, such will only get heedfulness and forgiveness. About the case of Fujjar it is told in verses 36: 10-11 that it is same whether you warn them or do not warn them, they won’t believe; indeed you remind only who follows Adhikr and fears the Impartial seeing from Adhikr, then you give him Glad Tidings of Forgiveness and honorable reward. In this period where there is no any group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer should follow the mode of prayer and life style as explained in verses 7: 205-206.
