(Al-Haaqa) 69 : 9
وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ
And Pharaoh, before him, and the country turned up down due to their own sins had come.
That means Pharaoh, those before him, and people of Looth who were turned up down because of doing Anti natural activity-sodomy-were also destroyed. Everyone was destroyed due to their own sins. See explanation 30: 41; 34: 19-20; and 68: 35.
