(At-Thagabun) 64 : 10
وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا أُولَٰئِكَ أَصْحَابُ النَّارِ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
And those who hid and rejected Our verses, such are the inmates of the fire, they will abide in it forever; what an evil returning place!
Those who hid the verses are the Hypocrites who will enter the Hell even without trial as explained in verse 4: 145, and who rejected the verses are the Fajir who are blindly following these Hypocrites and will enter the Hell after trial as explained in verse 39: 71. The Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar include both these Hypocrites and Fajir whose ledger in Sijjeen of the Hell as explained in verses 3: 7-10; and 83: 7. Since everyone came from the Paradise, about the returning of the Fujjar in to the Hell is mentioned as “what an evil returning place!” See explanation 5: 10, 86; 39: 32; and 48: 6.
