He is the One Who has made you vicegerents on earth, and He raised some of your ranks above some of the others to test you in what He has provided to you; indeed your Lord is swift in torment, and indeed He is the Forgiving, Merciful.
It is told in verse 2: 38 that Lord has told mankind to get down from Paradise, if they receive the Guidance from Him, then anyone who follows His Guidance, there shall be no fear upon them, and for them will not be grieved. It is told in verse 76: 3: "Lord has created mankind from the mingling of sperm of male and ovum of female to test them, for that He has given him the faculty of hearing and sight". Adhikr is the Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hell as explained in verse 5: 48. But only believers who submit wholly to Lord utilize Adhikr as the Guidance, Mercy, and Herald as explained in verse 16: 89.
The decree from the Impartial Lord is that only one in a thousand will become a believer with Adhikr and return to Paradise as explained in verse 4: 118. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have made their food 'rejecting Adhikr' as explained in verse 7: 26. They have become the true disbelievers by hiding and rejecting Adhikr as explained in verses 4: 150-151. For the Fujjar, the doors of heaven will not be opened and they will never enter Paradise until a camel can pass through the eye of a tailor's needle as explained in verse 7: 40. The Fujjar along with their Jinn soulmate are destined into the seven doors of Hell as explained in verse 15: 44. See explanation 2: 30, 62; 3: 185, and 6: 53.
