(Annajm) 53 : 31
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُوا بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا بِالْحُسْنَى
To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, to reward the evildoers for whatever they did, and to reward the best doers for the best of what they did.
What is meant by the "Best" is Adhikr. Whoever lives under the light of Adhikr will get the reward which Adhikr promises, and whoever lives neglecting Adhikr will get the reward which Adhikr warns. See explanation 39: 32-34; 40: 40; 41: 26-29, and 34-35.
