(Fuswilath) 41 : 26
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَا تَسْمَعُوا لِهَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ وَالْغَوْا فِيهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَغْلِبُونَ

And the disbelievers say: You don’t hear this Reading, you make unwanted noise there so that you may get the upper hand.

You don’t hear this Reading means you don’t hear Adhikr, which is the Splendid Book and Best Interpretation of the Lord’s Book mentioned in verses 41: 41 and 25: 33, respectively. The hypocritical disbelievers among the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are telling their disbelieving followers not to attend the class where Adhikr is explained, and to make unwanted noise there so that the class may be dispersed. The disbelievers mentioned in verses 3: 7-10 do not prevent anyone from attending the class where the Arabic Quran or the meaning of the verses or method of Arabic Quran reading is being taught, but they prevent them from attending the class of Adhikr—Soul of the Book—which familiarizes Allah, Messengers, angels, Satan, Hereafter, the aim of life, etc., in the heart’s language. On the Day of Judgement, about these Fujjar, as mentioned in verses 25: 17-18, the saintly people will say that these people became worthless by forgetting Adhikr, and as mentioned in verse 25: 30, Messenger Muhammed will witness against them that these people migrated from this reading—Adhikr. To put it briefly, Satan obstructs mankind not from the Arabic Quran, but from Adhikr, as explained in verses 25: 27-29. See explanation 28: 48-50; 33: 1, 60-61; 36: 69-70; 62: 9.
