There is no blame on those who believed and do honorable deeds for what they had eaten before provided that they are heedful and believed, and do honorable deeds, and again they are heedful and believed, and they are heedful and they are testifying the Best Book Adhikr, and Allah loves the one who lives under the Light of the Best Book Adhikr.
The Message of this verse is similar to verse 4: 136 and opposite to verses 4: 137-138. This verse teaches that if anyone had committed forbidden things before getting the True Knowledge Adhikr, there is no blame upon him provided that they should become believers with the Book and should follow Its dos and don’ts testifying It, and by doing apt ransom for their offenses. To be heedful means not to do a deed if doubting whether it is permissible or not, and doing a deed if having the assurance that the Lord is satisfied with it. Since Adhikr is the Best Book and Speech of the Three-Time-Knower Lord for the entire mankind, whomever holdfasts It should not forget Lord in any sector of his life, and they are those who are endowed with intelligence as explained in verses 2: 256-257 and 3: 190-191. One in a thousand becomes a believer who helps the Impartial Lord by propagating Adhikr to entire worlds, so the Lord will help him back as told in verse 47: 7. He will indulge in deeds that are beneficial for the wellbeing of thousand communities of Lord's creatures as explained in verse 2: 62. The 999 out of every thousand becomes the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have been killed by the Lord for hiding and rejecting Adhikr knowingly as told in verse 63: 4. These soulless people will be gathered in Hell altogether as explained in verses 2: 39 and 4: 140. The believer is commanded to do great Jihad with Adhikr against the Kuffar and hypocrites as explained in verses 9: 73 and 25: 52. See explanation 2: 2; 3: 136; 4: 146, 174-175, and 12: 22.
