And you obey Lord Allah and you obey the Messenger, and you beware! Then if you are turning back, you know that indeed the duty upon Messenger is only the manifest delivery of the Message.
This verse is repeated in verse 64: 12. It is told in verses 36: 69-70 that Adhikr is revealed for reminding the one who is alive, and to happen the word of punishment true upon the disbelievers. That means the Impartial Lord will not guide anyone to Hell until he witnesses that he was a disbeliever. It is told in verses 27: 80-81: "Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hearing the call when they have turned their backs retreating. And you can’t guide the blind away from their astray. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses and those who submitted wholly to the Lord".
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are reading these verses among mankind. But by hiding and rejecting Adhikr, they are serving Satan and are following in his footsteps. The hypocrites among them even don’t utter any of the forty names of the Splendid Book Adhikr, so they will enter Fire even without the Trial as explained in verse 4: 145. Their Mushrik followers will be led to Hell after the Trial as explained in verses 4: 36-37. Nobody can lead anyone to Paradise or Hell, so every individual should follow and testify Adhikr which is the Ticket to Paradise and Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and Hell as explained in verse 2: 119.
