(Muhammad) 47 : 24
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا
Do they not then reflect upon this Reading, or are there locks upon their hearts?
Since Adhikr is filth to Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, including Hypocrites and their blind followers, they neither rejoice in It nor take pride in It. Thus Allah has sealed their hearts against It. See explanation 4:82; 38:27–29; and 40:56.
