(Muhammad) 47 : 24
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ الْقُرْآنَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَا
Then do they not ponder over this Reading, or are there locks upon their hearts?
Since the Wise Reminder, Adhikr, is considered filth by the Arabic Qur’an Reading Fujjar, including hypocrites and their blind followers, they neither rejoice nor take pride regarding Adhikr. Therefore, Allah has sealed their hearts against It. See explanation 4: 82; 38: 27-29; and 40: 56.
