(Al-Ahqaaf) 46 : 28
فَلَوْلَا نَصَرَهُمُ الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ قُرْبَانًا آلِهَةً ۖ بَلْ ضَلُّوا عَنْهُمْ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَفْتَرُونَ
Then why didn’t the deities other than Allah that they had selected for getting nearness help them? Nay; they strayed from them, that is because it was their forged lie, and they were forging.
Without utilising Adhikr-the Permission of Three Time Knower Allah as mentioned in 10: 100, and the Splendid Book mentioned in verses 41: 41-43-as the Shield and Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, and Hellfire, whoever follows any other lifeway, it is a lie and forgery. Adhikr is the only Straightpath mentioned in 35 places, such as in 1: 5; 6: 153; 36: 61; and 42: 52 which Allah satisfied to all His creatures from first man Aadam to the last as explained in verse 3: 19.
