(Ahqaaf) 46 : 10
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُمْ بِهِ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَلَىٰ مِثْلِهِ فَآمَنَ وَاسْتَكْبَرْتُمْ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ
You ask: Have you listened, if It is from Allah, while you denied It? And a witness from among the children of Israel witnessed upon similar to It; then he believed It, while you acted arrogantly, indeed Allah won’t guide a wrong doing people.
If this verse commands Messenger to ask his people at Maccah during his period, today the odd believer who testifies Adhikr is commanded to ask so to the hypocrites who are the disbelievers, wrongdoers, Mujirims and transgressors. See explanation 4: 163-164; 11: 17-19; 28: 50; and 40: 47-50.
