The Lord of the heavens, earth, and whatever is in between both of them; if you are having confirmed belief.
Those who utilise Adhikr as the Mercy and the confirmed Truth to clear all doubts are the confirmed believers. The believers, by understanding that Adhikr is revealed to familiarise the Lord as the single Deity for all entire mankind, will propagate Adhikr—Lord’s Message—to all mankind, especially to the community of Messenger Muhammad, such as Jains, Buddhists, Hindus, Jews, and Christians. Thus, they are helping and serving Allah so that Allah will help them back, as explained in verses 22:40 and 47:7. Those who hide and reject Adhikr after receiving It are the Mujirims who do not utilise intelligence as explained in verses 36:59-62. As explained in verse 32:12, these Mujirims will wail from Hell: “We have got confirmed belief, then will we be returned from here?” See explanation 27:82; 32:24; and 41:26-29.
