(Zukhuruf) 43 : 40
أَفَأَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
Then are you making hear the deaf, or are you guiding the blind, even if they are in manifest astray?
Whoever is not ready to see and hear Adhikr-the Guidance from Allah as told in verse 2: 185-after getting It, such are the blind and deaf living in the manifest astray. These original disbelievers who do not utilise the intelligence are mentioned as the worst creatures among thousand communities of Lord’s creatures in the verse 8: 22; where as in verse 98: 6, they are mentioned as the worst creatures in the land.
