And whatever from calamities affects you, then that is due to your own hands have earned, and He is pardoning much.
The believer who remembers what is told in verse 4: 79 that good is from Allah, and evil is from yourself, keep the remembrance of Allah in all their standings, sittings and laying as explained in verses 3: 190-191. Such believers are only utilizing Adhikr as the Shield and Safeguard against all calamities, disasters, diseases, and hellfire as explained in verses 5: 48. The hypocrites who have forgotten Allah if get any good, they boast that it is due to their own knowledge and skill, and they are rejoicing with it. If any evil is affected them, they are blaming and accusing others for it. Meanwhile, if the believer is affected with any evil or disaster, he by identifying that it is due to his own mistake turns to Lord Allah through Adhikr.
