And He is the one who sends down the rain after they became despair, and He spreads His Mercy; and He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy.
It is Lord of the universe who is sharing the rain and His other favors among His creatures. But mischief has been happened in the earth due to the deeds of mankind as explained in verse 30: 41. The people of Messenger Muhammed who have inherited Lord’s Book as explained in verse 35: 32 are liable to remind the mankind the consequences of evil deeds that are happening in the earth and that they have no any protector or intercessor besides Allah as explained in verse 32: 4. But they are more involved in deeds causing to ruin the earth and the universe by serving Satan and following his footsteps as explained in verses 2: 168-169 and 36: 59-62.
Since these Fujjar whose Ledger in Sijjeen of the hell as told in verse 83: 7 do not identify Satan from the Three Time Knowledge Adhikr, they will be entrapped by Satan when he comes in the shape of man as the thirtieth pseudo prophet (Antichrist). When Jesus comes for the second time, he will kill Antichrist, and these worst creatures mentioned in verse 8: 22 will be killed by other people belonging to Messenger’s community implementing the command of the verses 33: 60-61.
