He is the One Who created you from the clay, then from the sperm, then from the clot, He brings forth you as baby, then you may become full strength, then you may become old aged, and there are some among you who are taken back before it, and you may complete the appointed term and you may think utilizing your intelligence.
The first man, Adam, was created in Paradise by taking clay from different parts of the earth by Angels, as explained in verse 15: 26. Then the Rooh (Spirit), which includes life plus soul, was inspired into the body. The creation of mankind began from clay. Then his progeny was made from the essence of heinous water, as explained in verses 32: 8-9. The child grown up in the womb of the mother is given the faculty of hearing in the fifth month, the faculty of sight in the sixth month, and the faculty of intelligence in the seventh month. But only one in a thousand believers who testify to the Three-Time Knowledge Adhikr becomes grateful and utilizes intelligence, as explained in verses 2: 52 and 3: 190-191.
