To whom will come the humiliating punishment, and upon whom will affect the eternal punishment?
The believer who lives by holding to Adhikr with his molar teeth should say to the Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar mentioned as bore people in verse 25: 17-18, the worst creatures near Allah among a thousand communities of the Lord, and who do not utilize their intelligence as mentioned in verse 8: 22, and the worst creatures in the land as mentioned in verse 98: 6, that they will know who are in the worst astray and upon whom the humiliating punishment will be affected. It is warned through verses 2: 85 and 5: 33 that whoever neglects Adhikr after It is received, such have humiliation in this world, and heinous punishment in the Hereafter.
